We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our team and lead prestigious residential projects with a strong focus on design excellence, technical precision, and seamless project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for architectural projects.
Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into visually stunning representations.
Work closely with the design team to develop and refine design concepts.
Ensure all visualizations meet the studio's quality standards and project timelines.


Requirements:

Diploma in 3D visualization, Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in 3D visualization and rendering.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to interpret architectural drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
